A couple of weeks ago we took Alyssa to her 1st Blazers game. It was a little loud for her so we kept her ears and face covered through the entire game. Luckily she slept through most of it so I don't think we'll take her to another one until next season :)
We also started giving her rice cereal in the evenings. She really loves sitting in her chair and eating food like Mom and Dad! She has gotten her two bottom teeth over the past few weeks so teething has been a little hard for her. Next week I'll start making her some real food...probably some sweet potatoes and see how she likes it.
We had a really bad winter storm last week that gave us over 18" of snow which is unheard of in Portland. It made getting to work a little challenging for Aaron and I. It has almost all completely melted now and it's hard to believe it is all gone. Aunt Dani and Jake drove up to visit us during the storm and we had a good time visiting even though we couldn't really get out of the house. Danielle bought Alyssa the pretty dress she wore on Christmas day. We hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!
